Split by size, compress, reorganise pages, fill and sign, number them by hand, or split automatically where a new document begins; scan pages with the camera; passport photo, signature and documents for any form. The file never leaves this device — everything runs on it.
Each page is written out on its own to find its true size, so every number you see later is measured, not guessed.
Suggest ranges for a size limit, adjust them by hand, then split.
Parts can be different sizes. A single page is just 7, and 31-end runs to the last page. Pages may be skipped or repeated; you only get a warning.
Click a page to see it enlarged. Press ✂ cut here on the page where a new part should begin — parts are shaded alternately so the split is easy to follow. This and the ranges box above stay in step.
Tokens: {prefix} {n} {n2} (01, 02…) {first} {last} {count}. Any name you type by hand is kept as it is.
Files are named prefix_part01_p1-12.pdf so the page range shows in the file name.
Each page is redrawn as an image at the resolution and quality you choose, then rebuilt into a new PDF. This works very well on scanned documents. On a PDF that has real text, the text becomes a picture and stops being selectable or searchable — the check below tells you which kind you have.
Puts 2, 4, 6, 8 or 9 pages onto each sheet — for a reading copy, a file annexure or to save paper when printing. This is separate from compression: pages are placed as they are, so text stays text and a scan keeps its resolution.
all, or a range such as 5-12
Click a page to see it enlarged — the enlarged view has its own buttons to remove, turn, move it before or after any position, duplicate it, or add a blank page or another PDF beside it. Drag the ⠿ handle to move it (on a desktop you can drag the thumbnail itself), or use the arrows. Insert another PDF, or scan pages with the camera, before, after or in the middle. Nothing changes the working file until you press Build.
Works like a scanning app: the edges of the page are found, it is straightened and cleaned, and it comes in here as PDF pages. Take several pages one after another. In the camera, Original photo keeps a picture exactly as taken.
Type the order using current positions (not original page numbers). A reversed range such as 9-5 reverses those pages.
Writes a small pencil-style number at a corner of each page — the same numbering you pencil onto originals before filing — and, if you want, a line of custom text anywhere on the page and a watermark. All three are drawn as ink on top of the page, so the scan is never re-encoded: no loss of quality, and the file grows by a few KB. Blank pages are left unnumbered.
The document is scanned first, then cut points are proposed with a reason and a confidence score. You confirm them — nothing is split on its own.
1-20 first on a long file to check the rules before scanning it all
What the scan actually read at the top of each page, and the printed page number it found. Useful for spotting a boundary the rules missed.
Type into a form, tick boxes, attach a photo or signature, draw a box or line, white-out or highlight — anywhere on any page. New text takes the font, size and colour of the text beside where you click, and lines up with it, so it reads as part of the page. Everything is drawn as real text and lines on top of the page; the page itself is not redrawn.
Every application asks for a different size. A photograph, a signature, or a document — an Aadhaar or PAN card, a certificate, any paper or picture. Set what the form wants once — in mm, cm, inches or pixels — and the picture is cropped, cleaned and saved to exactly that size, resolution and file size. The picture never leaves this device.
Drag the crop box in the panel beside this, or pull any corner to resize it. It always keeps the shape the form asks for, so the result can never come out stretched.
Works against any background, not only a plain wall. Runs on this device — the photograph is never sent anywhere. The models and the engine that runs them come with the app; the first use loads them, and after that they work offline.
Paint straight onto the crop panel to keep a piece it dropped, or remove a piece it kept. The marks stay on the picture, so re-cropping does not lose them.
